Understand My Rights
Brushstrokes Community Project is a great starting place for understanding your rights to seek asylum, access health services, and get support if you do not have a place to live. There are other regional or national organizations to understand your rights depending on your lived experience, nationality, or other identities. There are also organizations that focus on specific rights such as the right to work, the right to remain in the UK, and other human rights.

You can also contact Citizen's Advice (even if you are seeking asylum) or see if you qualify for Legal Aid.
